Team Sahlen enters the KONI Challenge event at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with their #43 Mazda RX-8, with high hopes of securing another Top 10 finish.  In the process, Team Sahlen hope to increase the tally of being the Top finishing Mazda in the race.  The high hopes are well placed, with the track being the home track for Ohio based driver Will Nonnamaker

"In the very competitive world of Professional Road Racing, it's hard to really say that you have a home track advantage.  But I like to think that there is that little bit extra knowledge, and maybe extra motivation that comes with your home track.  And hopefully that little bit of edge is all it takes to put us into a strong finishing position." - states Will Nonnamaker

Despite having skipped the Lime Rock event, Team Sahlen is in 16th position in the KONI Challenge ST class Team Championship.

The KONI Challenge Series ST class race will be at 1:30 pm on Sunday, June 21^st.
