Posted (08/06/2004) - David Riddle and Kris Wilson join TheRaceSite.com Racing for Round 6 of the Grand-Am Cup at Mid-Ohio. They will be driving the #44 HRPWorld.com supported Porsche. Riddle, out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada will be making his professional race debut. Previously, David has accumulated success competing in the highly intense Skip Barber Regional Series. "I am really looking forward to racing at Mid-Ohio." States David Riddle, "Kris and I tested with the team back in May. We really enjoyed ourselves, and got to terms with the track." Wilson is an experienced professional road racer. Kris has raced everything from Honda Preludes to World Sports Cars. The Mid-Ohio event marks a return to TheRaceSite.com Racing for Wilson. 10 years ago, in 1994, Kris drove with the team in their Mazda MX-6 race cars. "Its great to be back with the team. Their race winning attitude mixed with the family atmosphere makes for a great experience." States Kris Wilson, "I am looking forward to mixing it up with all the Grand Sports cars." After Mid-Ohio, Riddle and Wilson plan to further their Grand-Am Cup experience with outings at Homestead, Virginia, Barber Park and California.
