TheRaceSite.com Racing plans 4 car assault at Watkins Glen

Posted (06/11/2004) - Although TheRaceSite.com Racing still retains the Driver, Team and Manufacturer Points lead in the Grand-Am Cup GS class, the team has not sat ideally by since the last round at Mont Tremblant. The team has made the final touches on the new Targa Porsche 911. The Targa was initially tested at Mont Tremblant, and the team recently completed the 2nd outing in a test session at Mid-Ohio. "We are very excited to have the very unique Targa model." States Mike Thomas - Crew Chief, "Our research has shown that this is the only Targa racing professionally in the world currently." For Round 5 of the Grand-Am Cup, TheRaceSite.com Racing will have a four Porsche assault on the Grand Sports Class.
