HRPWorld.com's racers hoping for continued success at Mont Tremblant

Posted (05/19/2004) - TheRaceSite.com Racing's HRPWorld.com supported Porsches will be back in action this weekend in Round 4 of the Grand-Am Cup at Mont Tremblant. The team has had amazing luck in the first three rounds of the series. The #44 & #43 SpeedSource Porsches has finished 1st & 4th respectively, in all three events. This has placed the HAWK Performance Brake supported racers in 1st and 2nd in the Team Championship. "Mont Tremblant is a great circuit in a really amazing setting. The team has been working hard to get ready for this event. Running 4 Porsches will be a challenge, but the team has done it before." States Bill Pate Team Manager, "Our goal is to stay focused on the challenge of defending our crown and not let anything distract us." For this weekend's race, the driver line-ups have changed a bit. David Murry will now co-drive with Crag Stanton in #44. Buddy Stubbs will join Joe Masessa in #40. Plus newcomers J.C. France and Henry Zogaib will be debuting the team's #41 entry. The line-up of Joe & Wayne Nonnamaker in #43 will remain stable In last year's event, Joe and Wayne Nonnamaker ran a hard race to finish in 2nd Place.
